Healing through
Evidence-Based Therapy

Let’s break free from the stereotypes of traditional therapy.

I believe in a different approach to therapy — one that embraces learning to identify your values and what’s keeping you from living them, and then working through those barriers so you can move forward with vitality.

As a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a human being with issues of her own, I practice Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), a type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  ACT will empower you to manage your emotions, helping you find real-life actions that align with your values.
